Phase measuring profilometry ( PMP ) based on the sinusoidal motion projection by structure grating,
the multiple images by discrete phase shift,
to calculate the phase distribution by multi- phase，the triangulation and so on to get the high-precision outline and volume of the object to be measured, shown in 3D true color.
In addditon to support the 3D solder paste inspection,our equipment can provide the red glue inspection that including missing print,excess glue,more glue,less glue, and also displays full-color poor point images,which makes it easy to locate. 。
No need Gerber or CAD file, out equipment can be programed only with a bare PCB. The software detect inspect-box automaticly, and users just need to change some box and parameters.
Using 3D plate bending compensation technology, the software can calculate the bending ratio in a FOV. No need to move Z axis, make moving and inspecting faster.
The camera can automatically identify the barcode ( 1D / 2D ) in the surface of PCB, easy to trace back the product quality.
The off-line programming software can remote programming by input Gerber or CAD data, the programmingtime is not more than 5 minutes.
Sometimes,the aperture in gerber file is not same as which in the stencil ,so we need change it as need ,include the postion 、size、shape、etc.
There is no mark in gerber file ,or bare board teach with no mark we support virtual mark ,which means you specify some pads to be virtual mark ,and through those you can specify the true marks.
