三维立体成像

三维立体成像是相位调制轮廓测量技术（PMP）基于结构
光栅正弦运动投影，离散相移获取多幅被照射物光场图像，
再根据多步相移法计算出相位分布，最后利用三角测量等方
法得到高精度的物体外形轮廓和体积测量结果。

真彩色的三维立体影像显示。

快速编程

快速编程是支持RS274-D、RS274-X格式的Gerber文件及
支持dxf格式的CAD文件，导入文件后自动创建焊盘信息，
只需设置检测参数即可完成编程。

全面详尽的SPC分析系统

SPC统计分析是利用统计方法对过程中的各个阶段进行过程控制，通过对测试信息的分析反馈，来促进前工序工艺的改良，以达到预防不良。操作者可以直观的通过饼状图或者柱形图等查看到测试信息的综合统计。

统计信息可以输出Html，Excel或Image等格式。
