Training
Our
factory will send one engineer to Customer Company after the
equipment arrival, and we would train 2-3 attendants about 7-14
days for free (according to client’s physical circumstance
to arrange the training).
During
three years when the client has bought the AOI, we send engineer
to their company to train their attendants if the former attendants
resigned or left for other special case.
The
attendants can come to our factory and train according to the
client’s requirement; we would arrange accommodation and
so on.
After service and maintenance
The
equipment guarantee for one year after acceptance and eligibility,
maintenance for life.
Thereinto:
the first year, change the component for free; the nest two
years maintenance for free but you need to pay the cost of the
components. During the guarantee to keep the product in good
repair period, we would undertake the all loss coursed by system
mistakes. If client has any complaint after repairing, we would
change the corresponding components unconditioned, if the product
needs to repair and change over half a month, we would supply
a new one to take place of it.
Our
customer service receives the customer’s complaints and
queries, the ordinary problem can be solved by telephone intercourse,
the difficult problem can’t be solved by the telephone
intercourse we would send our engineer to the scene and repair
the equipment in time.
We
would upgrade the software for nothing and guarantee to make
the software’s edition and function perfect.
We
would contract with our clients by telephone intercourse or
by a visit nonsked, communicating with clients and resolve the
problems in time .
